You only need it if you have more than one audio output.
"Microphone" permission
If your browser does not support selectAudioOutput() code must query all audio
devices. That action requires "microphone" permission. Microphone is not going
to be used, code only needs it for getting the full list of audio devices.

Note: browser audio is quite weird. E.g. at 8x speed 16k blocks
may not work reliably SOMETIMES. Lower speed and reduce the block size when
getting TX/RX errors.
